The 10-Qs are the filing date plus 5 calendar days - BMXC was due on October 20th with the filing extension.

The 10-Ks it is the filing date plus 15 calendar days.

OTCM has BMXC with the Limited Information (Yield Sign) for missing the extension deadline.

I personally never like a late filing - the quarterly reports aren't audited - plus the CEO usually amends the filing. I can understand the 10-K slightly better - although you are given 90 days to file audited financials.

You would think that the CEO who claims to be a accountant would be more accurate and punctual with the SEC filings.
