Yes, the emails from Charles D’Alberto are real. The D’Albertos are Perla’s “management team”.

They are certainly more real than Perla/D’Alberto’s $100M or $300M lawsuit.

D'Alberto's actual emails were posted for all to see. Unlike Charles D'Albeto's fictitious lawsuit (where no filed lawsuit has been posted.)

Charles D'Alberto clearly stated: "I am having my family in Australia act as Perla’s Management team. My two sisters and my two grown children have been doing very well and I trust them. They are currently being compensated with company stock.”

Look at the picture of the Eclipse jet. Do you see the big Perla logo near the nose of the jet?

Look at the reflection of the jet on the ground. No Perla logo. Charles D’Alberto photo shopped the Perla logo to fool people. (thanks to XenaLives for this info)

Also, It may now be easier for people to recoup the money Perla and D’Alberto owes them. I would suggest going after Perla’s “management team”. I would sue them directly and personally.

If Charles is not man enough to face his own problems – then let Perla’s “management team” deal with Charlie’s mess.
