Court case Friday does not mean an instant 8K or PR. It doesn't even ensure a closing. It could be days or weeks for a ruling. Once that occurs, a filing or PR will be sent out with the details. Everyone needs to get their head around that. If you absolutely cannot wait for a couple weeks to reap the benefits of what could be the play of the year or what's left of it, then sell and look for a good reentry point.

If on the other hand, you've done solid DD and you know what you hold here, dips and wild swings should have no bearing on your stash other than a daily fluctuation in account balance. Don't let that be the monkey on your back that causes you to lose out. JMHO. UF
