The only reason they got the NV permits was because they partnered up with the NV senators son, Harry Reid. I can only imagine all the hooking and crooking back door deals going on during that period.

Another reason was because Rec Mj was not fully accepted. It was an experiment in 2 liberal states to test the waters, and see if the American people would go for it.

Politicians were not going to tie their name on to rec mj until it was less dangerous to their political career.

NV was like the wild west. TRTC hit lightening in a bottle right ->time--> right/teammate-> senators son.

Now that Mj is less taboo and more socially acceptable, and most of all not political suicide.

States are not going to let too many outsiders open up shop in prime locations and collect all that revenue lol pleaseeeeee lol

TRTC could not even afford the astronomical amount NY was asking for 1 of the 4 grow facilities being offered to outsiders.

This is why Derek said IVXX is the future and most important thing for TRTC. They have a better chance at branding ivxx than ever getting more dispensaries outside of current locations.

You also have to remember once feds reschedule--> dispensaries are going to increase 25 times in value.

I just do not see trtc spending that kind of money for a dispensary. They had to do it once with Blum Oak..for obvious reasons.

With that said i do think they are grandfathered into New Jersey for at least a grow facility.
