Wow, huge share dumping. Almost 60 million shares dumped in one trade. Looks like dilution is ramping up after USMJ failed to file unaudited financials as promised.

They recent restructuring announcement means they need tons more money, too, and may need a reverse split w (float is close to 15 billion shares).
