No sweat here buddy. The one thing I try to do is keep things real and honest. To that end I have to remind you mergers are not allowed when a company is in REVOKED status. In case you were unaware, Mergers (Forward or Reverse) are prohibited. Basically when a company is in revoked status it is unable to conduct any normal business and is prohibited from signing contracts, any changes to the S/S and yes the inability to involve itself in a merger. All of that remaining in effect until and if the company returns to current status with its State of Incorporation. You can keep up with that status by visiting the following Links.
