There is one factor we missed...

The HOG... MM's and HFM's know when they jump in and out.
If they stay in the stock will trickle down as they short.

Why is this stock down?

1. Shorts
2. Dilution
3. Daytraders
4. The mighty Hog.
5. Gravity aka No Catalyst

What comes up must go down and vice-versa
How low will it go? and when will news spring the catalyst?
