I am not sure why anyone would think Alex would want an RS with less than a 400 million OS. If he does a 10 for 1 he'd only have 40 million OS, which is to low, imo. If UATG was bumping up against 1 billion shares, I would agree and RS would be likely. I can see a case for an RS if the share price was around .30 to get the price up over a $1.00.
