Let's take Larry for instance. Larry has 5M shares he bought at an average of .008 and he thinks CWIR is headed to at least .03. His Etrade balance is now yelling at him that he made a mistake. He feels like a chump and dumps some shares.

The company mentions a target date and when that deadline is not met, within a day or two he sells more shares in a panic. Before you know it, the 5M $40K investment is now 2.5M $12.5K at .005.

The following week, the delay is explained, the deal is closed and he feels even more like a chump as he chases it to .03 all the while kicking himself that he didn't stick with the original plan to reach $150K.

Don't be like Larry... UF
