Churak...HA! I was confused as well. Bottom line is that the TA is not gagged and has not been gagged per Talieh. OS numbers are 118M and float is around 105M this is directly from Talieh. Further Talileh is very sensitive about dilution and wants no part of it, he is very adamant to this point. Seems like a very straightforward and honest dude.
