China Welfare and Sports lotteries bring in massive revenue. Weeding out the corruption and revamping the technology to safeguard the public has been a long process. The Chinese are very thorough in this regard. One company is already selling lottery online via mobile as a test. The go ahead to resume online access could come at any moment. But, we have been anticipating this for quite sometime. It will resume at some point and I think before the year end. There has been very little dilution historically for the most part, not much flipping.
This has been a quiet stock for the most of the past 2 years. It will be an instant huge success when the Chinese push the go button. More folks are anticipating that event and accumulating for the most part. Like others have posted, it has been a bit boring and the lackluster activity has caused some to sell and go elsewhere.
