Exactly. Makes no sense.

I would like to know if the shares that are given to the people with the 1 year hold in the Quarterly financials, when they sell, is the sale on the open market? Or they go through BMIC / VNDM dilution MMs?

Anybody able to answer that? Could help explain today's activity.
