I think they will by q4 this year or q1 next year. I might be mistaken, but I think they had a 4% dividend when the stock was around $6. If they want to maintain that percentage I'd expect to see $.20 in the near future.

I also wouldn't rule out a special one time dividend at the end of this year to catch us up. That would really solidify investor confidence.
