TenK: You CANNOT state for FACT that BVTK cannot undertake an ASR AT THIS VERY MOMENT w/ the assistance of equity investors similar to how Virtusa did. That would be a false statement.

Have any other 'variety of reasons' BVTK could not do this tomorrow if they have everything lined up ready to pull the trigger?

Reason I ask is because your 'specific' paragraph 3 states THEY STILL CAN IF after giving it effect the corporation IS able to pay its debts as they become due in the normal course of business AND IF their articles of incorporation ALLOW such w/ its total assets being less than its total liabilities.

Hopefully this will be addressed tomorrow SPECIFICALLY.

Are you suggesting TC is being deceitful to his common stock shareholders when he strongly suggests NO R/S and instead they are looking at equity investors to assist in a share buyback?
