$CETX trading halt

was simply a ploy to attract attention. Zero shares had traded in both stocks before the halt. By the end of the day KTCC was up slightly and CETX down.

In other words, the market yawned at the "revised offer"

And if the revised offer necessitated a trading halt, why was one not requested for the original offer?

SEC will not be amused with baby govil's antics
