How do you get the antiinflammatory benefit without killing off gut bacteria since B also has major antibacterial action?

I do not recall their being any major concern mentioned for B and C Diff colitis for example, in cellulitis studies for polymedix and with IP(cellceutix), when given IV, when gut bacteria would also be impacted
