Charles, I am not your enemy, you said you can supply, I paid you, you failed to supply and have taken me around and around on refunding the moneys paid.

I have shown restraint and patience for a very long time, until it became clear you had no intention to pay me back my money.

That is when I did my little research on you and your dealings and found a staggering USD 200k+ you owe just within my group of friends (you remember Peter Henderson, just to name one?). You record shows you are not as straight forward as I thought you were.

As it is right now, I don't see you in a position to make demands, requests are OK and can be considered. You must have noticed that threats don't intimidate me at all, I have seen more than my fair share of life to be pushed and shoved around mate, just leave that path.

I am a Marine, I am proud of that, I have done my part in securing the world, more importantly I am a Christian, I am always armed and protected thru Him.

You are aware that interest on outstandings is a legal demand, we can handle it as a request from me to you, but you must understand that I have a sound legal basis to demand the same from you.

Once received you will start seeing my posts that you have refunded the moneys owed. That is not a problem, in fact if there are specific posts you would like to see removed just point them out.

As per the law here, I can legally demand 13% per annum, bringing the total outstanding to 16,712.50, minus the principle the balance would be 7,962.5. We can discuss this and chart a way forward after receiving the principle.
