More D.D.

I'm finding some good stuff on STQN the new CEO paid 650K for his ownership of 64.60 % 1,625,000. imo that is alot of money to pay for shares in a Shell Stock.

Total O.S. is 2,515,000 Shares. Float is only 246k

Jonathan Braun
Millionaire started Foreign TV via IPO. with Andrzej Krakowski

Andrzej Krakowski Ph.D

I just got done doing D.D. on this guy.

This guy's Bio is very impressive. He has made alot of movies and TV shows.. The Richard Simmon's show that was on for 4 YRS.. That was his doing. he owned that show and started it..

So he was a Multi-Millionaire back in the 80-s and 90-s

He was actually an investor in Starbucks Coffee in their original IPO!
Starbucks is probably one of the best IPO's of all time..
This guy Krakowski I'm sure made Millions in buying their IPO.

So if he bought $10k worth of the IPO stock it would be worth a staggering $2,222,220 roughly lol Wow!!

https://www.forbes.com/sites/ronaldholden/2017/06/26/you-shoulda-bought-starbucks-at-the-ipo-youd-be-a-gazillionaire/

that was in 1992..

In 1999 he partnered up with Jonathan Braun to start Foreign TV. They did an IPO and it went public.

So now present day I just found Andrzej Krakowski buying $50,000 Dollars worth of this shell stock STQN he only got 125,000 shares he paid .40 cents per share for this Shell stock lol. Back in 1-9-2017 look at the filing.

he bought these shares from his saving's account for the company NextCoal International, Inc.

since then the company as been buying shares like crazy. The filings popped up the last few days..

So imo they are going to Take NextCoal International public via STQN.

Look at Andrzej Krakowski Bio..

Aside from his creative and pedagogical work, Krakowski is a successful businessman. He was a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of two successful television networks: the first dual platform (over-the-air and satellite) in Poland NaszaTV (now Scripps Networks) and the first US Internet TV network (now IA Global) in New York. He has been one of the first IPO investors in Starbuck Coffee, as well as a venture capitalist in neutrino technology, broadcast and bio-mass alternative fuels fields.

Upon completing his education Krakowski joined YASNY Productions, Inc.[1] as head of production. Among films he had green-lighted and supervised production of was the 1976 Oscar nominated feature documentary California Reich. After leaving YASNY, he continued producing films with his own Filmtel, Inc, including Portrait of a Hitman, starring Rod Steiger and Jack Palance, and White Dragon with Christopher Lloyd and Dee Wallace Stone. The latter was the first co-production between CBS network and a Polish government owned studio (“Perspektywa”).

In less than three years Filmtel grew from a small production company into an international production and distribution conglomerate with offices in Los Angeles, New York, London and Sydney. Expanding into television Filmtel co-financed and distributed such successful TV shows as The Richard Simmons Show (for 4 years #1 daily-strip show) and Showtime’s XIV International Championship of Magic, hosted by the legendary Tony Randall.

After selling Filmtel Krakowski returned to his first love and today his screenwriting credits include: Triumph of the Spirit, starring Willem Dafoe and Edward James Olmos, Eminent Domain, with Donald Sutherland and Anne Archer, Tides of War, a vehicle for Ernest Borgnine and David Soul, Genghis Khan with Charlton Heston, the most expensive Italian production to date, Ogniem i Mieczem (With Fire and Sword), the highest-grossing film in Poland, and Managua, with Louis Gossett, Jr and Assumpta Serna in the lead. Facing the loss of his wife to breast cancer, Krakowski wrote, produced and directed a feature-length documentary The Politics of Cancer, which received theatrical distribution in the U.S., and were shown at the Cannes, Palm Springs and Santa Barbara Film Festivals.

During 1997-2002 Krakowski, aside from his creative work, became a co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of two successful television networks: the first dual platform (over-the-air and satellite)in Central Europe NaszaTV (now Scripps Networks) and the first US Internet TV network (ForeignTV.com) in New York.
