Honestly, I'm not entirely sure. I won't pretend to understand the entirety of the S-1, but I believe it may be further cleaning up of the warrants and shares of past management.

I believe the old CACG info on pages 31-32 of the form are there for formality's sake. I still think we have to be patient before any M&A news comes our way. All this is merely my humble opinion, though.
