You are absolutely CORRECT! It was stated that the CEO was considering a reverse split. Only 11 days ago!

My suggestion to management was to do a Reverse Split. We have 750 million shares 1 tick flipping. Told him to reverse split the dogs. If not there just pulling money out of the company into the idiots pockets. We need the funds to stay in the company. He’s considering it suckers.
