It’s been lower, (my opinion only) but I had it few yrs back went into .20’s, whole things a bit sketchy, , If you make it a lotto buy( $ you won’t miss) you might catch a bit of a run eventually, but it’s get in flip when it has a pop..
Than again I was stupid enough to hold it hoping for a buck ( got in round .05) the SEC had different plans .
GL, if your in Canada though, it’s not worth the risk with exchange..
My opinion again..
