I just received a call back from my contact handling the Biozoom distribution today 10-23-17. He stated that there were a couple of loose ends that were just tied up, he felt that the eligibility list would be sent off to the S.E.C by this Thursday 10-26-17. I asked him for his thoughts on a time line for final approval and distribution? He asked me not to hold him to it, but he thought within 5-6 weeks. This would mean around December 1st. He went on to say that it has a good settlement and could be in the 60% range or slightly north of that, but the S.E.C still has to sign off on the final settlement. He asked me to call him in one month, so I will follow up with him 11-20-17 just before the Thanksgiving holiday.
