They must of just changed it recently at their end. I bought through fidelity 10/2 @.0002 and it was filled. The otc had it marked as stop then, so go figure??
Bottom line imo, Fidelity are terrible! Heard etrade are good for pinkies. I have Schwab and fidelity but will be getting out of fid soon. It’s a hopeless argument calling them “it’s my $ and I know the risk” etc I’ve tried it... it’s basically luck of the draw whether they let you buy.
