FUN, your were right. I corresponded with the TA today...was looking for confirmation on O/S count. No dice, she referred me to the latest filings. Interesting how TA's for some companies will give the share count daily, but others don't. Oh well. This contracting share price sure feels like dilution. Growth prospects haven't changed, only gotten better. I recall there being language in the 10K about convertible notes. Personally, I don't quite understand it. But it read something like notes will forcibly convert if stock price was going gangbusters for a period of time, which it did. Over time it won't matter much. But hate seeing red.
