No matter how far down the pps goes. It will end the year and start the new year 10% better then last year. That is a fact.

They will do so for metrics purposes ....
It keeps hope alive and the insider enrichment plan going into the new year. Plus it looks good on paper.

Then once the new year gets into full swing...the same ole thing will go into effect-> Dilution
I think the dilution will be extra strong in 2018, because of all the hype that will be going on in the news.

It is a great opportunity for TRTC insiders to get rich.
