They cannot promote anything prematurely or they risk remaining in CE status. Sure, they could put up the website early, but not only would they put at risk all the PROGRESS they've achieved up to this point, the website/news would also greatly lose its promotional "punch" if done beforehand. Once OTC gives SKYF the "OTC Current" blessing, then the PR machine can and will start churning big-time! (All IMO, of course. Measure your DD.) GO SKYF
