It's funny how some investors willing spend their money at a higher price, just to try to rescue the PPS. It's going into the 30's, at least, whether they paint it up or not. Those banker fellas want to get that price down so they can trigger that, "if it drops below " price.
There is nothing any of us can do about it.
Painting it back up above .01 was a waste of money, Painting it back up above .008 was a waste of money...,you get the picture.
