Since 8/8, when the company raised the AS by 5 billion, followed by another AS change of another 5 billions, on 9/22, 19.6 billion shares traded,

The maximum possible dilution out of those is 10.5 billion shares. So, there is another 9.1 billion shares that were dumped by investors. Remember, dilution and investor dumping causes the stock to go down, not just dilution.
