remember TEUFF has no senior debtholder hanging over their heads as in no bondholders, no bank debts, no secured debts, and the noteholder paid off by end of Friday or 99% of it with only audit fees and mgmt fees as the only operating expenses and unpaid preferred dividends that cannot be paid until the company is profitable again.

therefore the common shareholders are in control now - I just have to find a way to push mgmt in the right direction to execute the right turnaround plan

in the meantime - I will let you guys turn the oversold share prices around

next week should be a good start on that path and start of a rising trend again IMHO if things work out in that fashion
