Thanks simple, for your time... I've worked options but only with commodities which is fairly straight forward. My Friend said that he owned the stock, then wrote an sell option on them... your right, I have to go to the books on this one, and nail down my friend as well.... I think you may be correct as well about penny (otc) may not have a option train.
