It tracks activity in comparison to itself . If this shows increased activity % based on its average , in comparison to another's. Based on its average. So a stock that normally sees high posting may not be on the bobs, one that never sees posts and all of a sudden starts to get many will see a quick trip up the bobs, from my understanding
