coonass, welcome aboard! and remember this. There are only 300M shares issued and outstanding with insiders holding a significant amount. So I would say the float is probably under 100M shares, once the buyers arrive the pps should skyrocket.

As for the balance sheet, keep in mind there has been many mergers and aquisitions recently so once the dust settles I'm sure things will make a bit more sense.
