MMEX information right before the groundbreaking.

Not curious timing at all - when the PR channels are flooded with suspect "news," and the harsh light of day shines on scams like MMEX, this is expected.

Maybe you should recommend this to Mr. Hanks and his cronies:

Groundbreaking events are just ceremonies. Anyone can stick a shovel into the dirt, to pomp and circumstance, and talk about building a refinery.

For a mere $357, MMEX can buy the "SUPREME GOLD CEREMONIAL GROUNDBREAKING KIT WITH STAND," which is more than they paid for the parcel of land on which the imaginary refinery is imagined to be built.

The recent blather about MMEX's permit from TCEQ is an excellent example of "non news" being inflated into something it is not. The Permit By Rule (PBR) is an administrative permit - it can be obtained by anyone with $100 who can fill out the permit application and complete it. TCEQ even provides the tools and the emissions spreadsheet. The apparent fact that MMEX wasted other people's money on paying a consultant to complete the application is a laugh riot - if MMEX employed any staff, competent, or qualified in the industry, it would have used internal resources to complete and submit the PBR application. For those who wish enlightenment, you can visit the TCEQ web site, and see exactly what is involved in the Type O Air Quality PBR process.

Nothing substitutes like actual due diligence and fact. MMEX is just a scam.
