Did it occur to anyone, (1).. there is no law forcing a penny company to pay cash dividends for the prf'd. They just have to state in annual filing that all profits will be reinvested back into the company thus NO CASH to prf'd shares... all legal.
Never have to pay a dividend to shareholders... (2) Company can legally declare certain type common shareholders have no voting rights.... it's all up to the company... (3) Bkmp is issuing at this time over 130 trillion shares prf'd... you really think Sandy wants to pay out 10's of millions a Q to YOU. The only scenario I can predict is a reverse split of prf'd and common, most likely at the same time./... TFN is a real product... Bkmp is a shell leech and will suck TFN dry for as long as possible...
Oh and I just have to repost this from me.. as was posted late last night and after reading this mornings stuff and Rascia's incessant reposting of the same cut /paste of SOMEONE'S other post.....
