You are absolutely right. the Lender is smart. Per the 8K under PUT AMOUNT: The lender can not lend more than about $300k to the company at current share price. Share price would have to be $7 for them to be able to lend the full 12 million. And you don't think that 77.5 million convertible at .08 would convert way before that price? Get real!! So they really have NO $12 MILLION LOAN.
Put Amount ” shall mean the total dollar amount requested by the Company pursuant to an applicable Put. The timing and amounts of each Put shall be at the discretion of the Company. The maximum dollar amount of each Put will not exceed three hundred percent (300%) of the average of the daily trading dollar volume for the Company’s Common Stock during the ten (10) trading days preceding the Put Date.
