Uh.....the FDA is not going to "MAKE PUBLIC" anything during an open and active FDA investigation...one likely/potentially going to result in further serious "ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS" (IMO) based on the "Comella attack the FDA response", which was really "no response" at all, for anyone familiar with FDA regulated companies and how they "respond" properly to a very serious FDA formal, "WARNING LETTER".

I'd personally guess it's the FDA who has a "team of lawyers" working on this and crawling up USRM's and USCC and Comella's rear ends (they, thee FDA, they pulled mountains of records from the USCC clinic, according to Comella's "response" rant video....coping electronic info off their computers and burning it to DVD's, pulled paper files and copied them, took photos, etc), the FDA by now may very well be getting "assistance" from a U.S. attorney or assistant U.S. attorney, if I had to "guess", given the seriousness of the allegations made in the "WARNING LETTER", such as "promotion and sale of a non FDA approved new drug", and a biggy of "attempting to impede a Federal investigation" and then the history of the three blind ladies, the cGMP violations cited...which the FDA takes veeeery seriously, and then all the various codified sections of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act laws that the FDA spelled out in great detail, alleging that USCC/Comella are in violation of a plethora of them....

As to Murphy-

He's 94 years old this November. He's taken tremendous losses on this POS over the years- just see the SEC filings and how his holdings have been nearly totally devalued. He hasn't done any serious "medical business" IN THIS CENTURY, LOL ! A bulk of his work was done in the 1950's to maybe 1980 or so, LAST CENTURY, and I'd doubt he's interacted with the FDA in 20 to 30 years or more. A lot of his "work" and patents and papers were from around the time of the freaking Korean War period- and ended around the 1980's, when Ronald Reagan would have been President- and I'd just "guess" that things at the FDA and in the "medical regulatory environment" have changed probably just a "tad" since them days of yore, LOL !!

Murphy even let his Florida medical license lapse- so he's no longer even a licensed M.D., thus is no longer licensed to practice medicine in Florida. He's been shifting more and more of his USRM holdings into his wife's name and a "Family Trust"....uh...why would that be...uh......

Murphy, William P. Jr medical license, "NULL AND VOID" since 1/31/2015...he never even filed to renew it or keep it current.

That means that USRM, this here penny stock- no longer even has a "current" and active actual "M.D. medical doctor" who "works for" the company- not on staff, not on the BOD, nowhere....noper....for a supposed "cutting edge medical R&D company" as they "claim" to be supposedly...MAKES NO SENSE TO ME.....all the "high tech medical R&D companies" I'm familiar with, they have M.D. researchers and staff, who hold "current" medical licenses, etc ???

Court documents in the Northstar LLC versus USRM court case- stated that Murphy essentially "votes in lockstep with whatever Tomas tells him to do", that's what the court filing stated, as alleged by "insiders", Greg Knutson now a BOD member being one of the accusers. It's all still available on the Broward County clerk of the court site, all there in black-n-white.

And NO, "Johnson and Johnson" has ZERO, NOTHING to do with this company who's now nothing more really than a "operator" of little "medical clinics" (no longer really have any IP or patents left- see their own SEC filings, almost $ZERO dollars going to R&D, and no real FDA quality "clinical trials" run since 2009/2010 or so per their own SEC filings) and have a BOD named Comella and a "clinic" who according to thee United States FDA are selling "ILLEGAL, NON FDA APPROVED DRUG TREATMENTS" and are now being investigated for same...among other potential violations of Federal law....per the recent formal FDA specific and formal "WARNING LETTER" and FDA "press release" regarding same, and then personal commentary added by thee FDA Commissioner himself, Mr Gottlieb.

USRM is nearly cash broke at any given time, pretty much all their patents are LAPSED and/or EXPIRED and they no longer hold key licenses needed for their past, "HEART PRODUCT" attempted stuff for which they ran legit "clinical trials"- they use "factoring loans" to borrow against all incoming receivables, and they sold-off one of the only assets they had left, their stem banking biz- else, their cash left on the last SEC 10-Q, would have been almost nil. They're a "GOING CONCERN" warning in every SEC 10-Q and 10-K they file, with stated "LIQUIDITY PROBLEMS" per CEO Tomas' own commentary, in SEC filings signed by him.

So what the H is USRM, let alone Comella and USCC going to use to "HIRE A TEAM OF LAWYERS" large enough to go head-to-head against the FDA and the Federal Government and possibly a U.S Attorney (that's Federal court, where you can blow $10K in about 1 hour of legal time)- where they gonna get that kind of money? Comella in her little "video response" complained that BUYING PRINTER INK AND MORE PRINTER PAPER was a "financial hardship" on their little clinic biz, LOL !! So now they're hiring supposed "TEAMS OF LAWYERS" from a firm with the skill set to fight the Federal govt???? REALLY???

Oh...and check-out who's started begging for "LEGAL DEFENSE FUND" money lately....that's a real hoot. Supposedly "DID NOTHING WRONG" but is now asking people to send in monies to start a "LEGAL DEFENSE FUND", LOL ! Yeah, cause they got a "TEAM OF LAWYERS" supposedly sticking it to the big bad, evil ole "FDA"...right on...???
