William B. Haseltine was president of St George Metal INC before coming over to American Green. Haseltine got into some deep trouble with the SEC after failing to provide accurate information in its filings:

Turns out St George Metal and CMKM Diamonds were working together with some pretty shady dealing of $10 million and 200 billion restricted shares exchange. The Company failed to file eleven reports over three years, although it recognized its obligation to do so, and promised to comply. This has left the public without accurate current information - a situation that prompted the Administrative Court to revoke registration of St. George's shares. St George Metal and CMKM are no longer around.
AND NOW THIS GUY IS IN CHARGE OF THE SECURITIES COUNSEL FOR AMERICAN GREEN.
SEC does not shut down companies immediately !!! they investigate all the complaints first then ask the company for clarification about those claims if necessary -- it takes months !!!
AG employing a lawyer with a not so good past !!!
