I feel u on the needless PR's. But if I remember correctly. Johnny Boy got hot under the collar about a month ago when flippers were screaming for PR's on Twitter. He said it was an unnecessary waste of money, and he wasn't going to release them just for the heck of it. This thing is really serious if you are going up against the well established. I still think they don't want to look fly by night if at least the essentials aren't in place. I sort of compare what Viva has to offer to purchasing a car today. You may not need a heated steering wheel, (local channels), or messaging seats, (sports channels). But you better have by today's standards, the absolute essentials. A radio, (quality streaming), air bags, (movies/DVR ) and anti lock brakes, (premium channels). Everyone's needs are a little different, so just insert things as you feel, but I hope that makes sense.
