Please consider reading your post and think about it. If you're not in a car, you are not driving - hence, no need for a distracted driving app. "Do not disturb" has been around for a while and they just sent out an update (10.3.1???). That is good for the library or class or dinner time or while fooling around, or, if you're mad at your boyfriend.

Ask a 9 or 10 year old and they'll show you a couple ways of turning it off. Really no comparison to our apps. I remember you made a nice profit a while back. Well done & congrats. If you want back in, buy as soon as you can. Good luck to you. Go ONCI.
