We are in need of capital to complete the installation of our new Merrill Crowe system at the Santa Elena mine. This is the processing equipment recommended by our expert, Robert Garcia. We come to this point as a result of our failed attempts to recover gold from the current system. Mexus and MarMar both agree that Mr. Garcia is needed and that we need to push this part of the process to expedite the sale of gold.
Funds will be used for the following items:
Move equipment to Mexico: CA to Mexico
Importing fees associated with new equipment
Sufficient diesel fuel to run all systems at mine
Additional supplies at mine to include parts, misc pumps, cyanide, zinc, etc General recurring office expenses
Paul Thompson, Mr. Robert Garcia, and Cesar Lemas all believe that this new system will allow Mexus and MarMar to collect the gold that is sitting on our heap pad and in the pregnant pond.

-6 month loan at 20% annualized interest
