No, it is an automated system. He makes no posts personally - go read his last 50 posts - not ONE personal message, just his automated spam posts. Yes, there is a person running the thing, but HE doesn't do the posting, his system does it.
Try asking him a question on any of the boards his charts go to...you will receive no answers, because HE isn't posting, or reading the responses.
Too bad the mods don't block those posts as spam.
