FOCUS ON THIS NAME.... ILksen Yesilada ....

A "few" here are questioning the "due diligence" around the possible "billionaire" or CEO of GIFA Holdings, named Yusuf Kisa.

Well, if one wants a second "data point" to see what's real- then search Google for "ILksen Yesilada" and there's PLENTY of stuff about him, in multiple press sources, not just a paper purported to be owned by Yusuf.

Why is Ilksen Yesilada important?

Go back to the Nevada Secretary of State site listing for "Firefish Inc" a NV filed U.S. corporatio (aka THIS penny stock corporate filings w/ the State of NV) now amended corporate filings and see WHO SIGNED THOSE DOCUMENTS and is now a key OFFICER OF THE NEW NAMED COMPANY, GIFA INC, now a NV corporation....it's ILksen Yesilada.

This poster linked below paid a few bucks to get the 13 page "amended corp docs", filed 3 days ago on 10/17/17 with the NV Secretary of State.

Ya can't fake that document.

Ya can't fake this one either, as filed with the Secretary:

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=cAHa2MMHoiEWSHdY730%252bAg%253d%253d

And THERE HE IS: ILksen Yesilada, as "Director" and "Treasurer" of what "WAS" (past tense) Firefish and is now via a "majority vote of the shareholders" (which was most likely nothing more than the old, prior "India" CEO guy, selling the shell and "voting" his approval), by legal vote, it's now been named "GIFA INC" and the newly appointed Corp Officers are all listed, all legal, all "above board", all transparent and properly filed with Nevada.

Now, do a Google search on THAT NAME "Ilksen Yesilada", forget "Yusuf" if that "bothers" you....

Boom....THERE HE IS:

QUOTE:

"General Manager of GIFA Ilksen Yesilada also noted that the credit conditions are appropriate and that GIFA is effective in the region with great popularity. Yesilada stated that the companies in the Middle East are in a race with each other and that it is a great contribution to the TRNC. "Thanks to the consultancy, the support from these companies contributes to the economy of the country and GIFA Holding can easily enter the regions that can not be entered due to the embargo applied to the TRNC. it brings great benefits to us as well as to the recognition of the TRNC "."

TRNC for those that don't know = Turkish Republic of Northern Cypress

Here's some more "news" with Yesilada in it, and it's recent, as in 2017:

The guy with glasses and gray hair to the right is him, "Ilksen Yesilada" - and he appears in other "GIFA HOLDINGS" photos....he's a real person, and he's in "real news" covered by sources other than a paper purported to be owned by "Yusuf", so he's the real deal and inking large banking deals, as the intermediary consultancy firm- think of him/GIFA finance as being the "investment banking division" of our Morgan Stanley or Citi Bank of their region. They help facilitate and negotiate large loan deals to various businesses in their regions- and yes, some to Iranian businesses.

Which is NOT a "problem" as some have tried to claim. The U.S. has an embargo w/ Iran over political/military reasons, but the U.S. also has a great love of the Iranian people and long, long ties to Iran and their people- just ask former President Carter, or look at U.S. tech businesses and see how many of their top leaders are from Iran. Our engineering schools were filled with Iranian engineering and high tech students after the "fall of the Shah" fiasco, but we still are working hard for the Iranian people. I just watched a travel episode on PBS, public TV, with a very, very famous "travel show guy" who went to visit Iran and do a show on it from the U.S., and the Iranian people are totally pro-United States, and always have been, and our govt knows that. Thus, Iran is not N. Korea, and we do not as a nation "halt" or prevent "regular business" from occurring in Iran, nor do we block travel there for U.S. citizens, nor to we block or prevent other businesses and countries from "doing business" with Iran (just not arms sales, or nuke related stuff, etc). Hell, the U.S. oil majors like Shell, Chevron and Exxon-Mobile and Brithish Petroleum, they're still all over the place in Iran, it's not a secret.

I've got a real good neighbor and the husband is Iranian, and his son is about to graduate West Point and enter our military as a newly minted 2nd Lt. and West Point loves the fact he can speak and understand Farsi- it's a plus for them. His dad made a two month trip back to Iran just last year- and even had a major surgery there, as it's enormously cheaper than here, but the doctors and hospital there are world class. He goes back to check on his mother and take care of other family business- the U.S. govt is not at odds with "regular Iranian people", just not true.

Totally different news source:

"Gifa Holding has shaken hands with Amina Consulting company in Algeria and announced its activities in this country.

Gifa Holding announced that it has opened a representative office in Algeria in order to provide convenience to business people in the Middle East upon intense demand from the financial environment in the Middle East. According to the announcement made by the Holding, Gifa Holding, which continues its activities in credit consultancy with international investors, has been leaning to open representative offices in Algeria after Tunisia and Iran. Due to the success of international field credit consultancy, Gifa, which has offices in different regions besides TRNC, shook hands with Amina Consultin company in Algeria and started its activities in this country.

"The Middle East '

Gifa General Manager Ilksen Yesilada, who made a statement regarding the subject, said that there was a concentration in the Middle East market and said that they decided to increase representation in the region so that companies do not have to come to the TRNC. Noting that they are aiming to serve customers faster, Yesilada said, "We are working to provide our customers with the necessary loans by fully evaluating all requests with our wide portfolio and staff network, but we have decided to increase our representatives in the Middle East in order to help our customers handle their transactions more quickly. We had representatives in Tunisia, Iran, and now we have a representative in Algeria. "

Continuing its activities with the purpose of providing loans to international investors, Gifa Holding provided a significant amount of credit counseling services to Iran, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia last year. "

There he is again, ILksen Yesilada, the guy who's now on the Corp document for what "WAS", PAST TENSE, a lil Nevada Corp filed as Firefish Inc, aka this here penny stock. One in the same guy- and it now appears they're gonna "go public" entering the U.S. markets using this here dormant shell company, aka the ashes of Firefish, sure as sh$%t looks like to me.
