It would, actually, take a lot for REDG to run. Northbridge's lawsuit settlement with REDG gives them the potential to sell billions of shares at the current share price. That would keep the share price from running. It would take a lot to overcome this.

There are, also, a lot of "bummed" shareholders ready to sell once a BID is established.

So, again, it would take a lot for the share price to run.
