that's why I came to the conclusion Friday night that they may have overshorted the stock by a few million since the note was for only $ 146,000 of which they been slowly since middle of August converting ie (that is why shares went from 2.9 million to 8.3 million until recently a few days ago where they tried to complete the entire conversion in a week with last Friday as their final target date to finish and complete it)


so with potential a few million excess short over potential full completion of conversion of note yesterday - that's why I believe there is a potential price swing back up coming next week

this is my analysis and guess

anyone see the same view as I am seeing?
