Don't you mean Ronin hedge group was surprised to hear Peregrine had a plan, though Peregrine required a confidentiality letter be signed by Ronin group and Ronin failed to do so

...so Ronin knew at that point Peregrine had some dominoes about to start moving and plays it off that Ronin hedge group forced the moves? lol

Who knows.....but I do know Ronin seems scared to even mention about revealing all past undisclosed collaborations and scared to mention the failures of prior Medarex type deals could be in play by Peregrine....etc , where Ronin could say all these things would not occur under their leadership....BUT Ronin hedge group fails to say this ....scared or because that is what they exactly intend to do?

Ronin hedge group will lose this proxie fight if they don't change their approach and possibly, stop listening to some backers of theirs
