Good video's Bob. I am trying to put my diabetes in remission. In April I started the Paleo diet. In about 2 months I had reduced my diabetes medication by 66% and my morning reading we super, and i lost 8 pounds. I have ,lost another 5 pounds but I have reached a plateau on the medication and reading. Yesterday before I saw your two videos I had 2 stalks of celery and 2 hard boiled eggs. Dinner just a salad and snacked on some pistachios. I took 2 heaping teaspoon of coconut oil and this morning, whamo, a low blood sugar reading. I think I can reduce it more with the stuff you have posted. TY
