Early Oct. emails with IR

1. Any ETA for filings the past due financials?
2. 4K calendar, are those movies listed going to be on UF?
3. Who are the current officers?
4. Has NTEK moved from its primary office? If so, what it the new address?

IR

1. We don’t give out dates for things that have not been released
2. We are planning on having every movie on UltraFlix
3. We haven’t published any management changes
4. We haven’t announced any facility changes.

Me:

Ok, thanks for the answers. Can u tell me why the financials are late and who prepares them (preferably the persons name).

Also, you feel like saying how many employees NTEK has?


IR:

I cannot give you answers about the financials until they are posted on OTC.

We don’t give out employee information as in the past employees have been unduly harassed and so the company policy was changed to not disclose any information about employees other than what is in the filings.

Some time in the late summer:

We announced our contract with them several months ago.

>>Been reading the Longside case. How is David and his wife not affiliates?

Neither David nor his wife are an executive officer, director, or large shareholder nor have control of the company.

David has no control of the company and hasn’t since he stepped down from the board many years ago.
