Rookie questions:

On the call - is it hold the same legal premise of a legal document PR? Are they legally responsible and accountable for what they say? Or will the call start off with a forward looking disclaimer? I’ve never been on one of the calls.

If they are legally responsible for their answers - what are the best questions to ask to get the answers and shareholder protections from dilution, R/S, or any other infringement on our rights/financial security?
