Utah SOS (Secretary of State) does NOT show any merger in 2017. Not only that, but you CANNOT merge (or do anything) with an EXPIRED entity. SRMX (Saddle Ranch Media Inc) has been EXPIRED since 02/01/2017.
"...can not do anything when an entity is expired..."
EXPIRED 02/01/2017:

Where is the merger in 2017? You can clearly see that they had mergers in 2008 and 1993. They also had reinstatements. SRMX needs to reinstate to get rid of the EXPIRED status. Then they need to merge into the now non-expired entity (SRMX):
Peabody won't even reinstate the piece of shit. northbridge financial has sued (twice) an expired entity. How the hell do you do that? Perhaps northbridge was defrauded? The court and judge certainly were.
northbridge has it's own trouble with the SEC to deal with. What the hell is Peabody doing dealing with that scum?
