Good DD, but the price doesn’t lie Spring. The news was not worthy. The govt contract could be worth $2,500 which is the minimal. The market doesn’t lie. If it was huge, it would have leaked somehow and we would see a major spike. The news leaked and it tanked, assuming it was another pump attempt. If this had no volume and going down I would understand. But volume and huge decline means dilution. Those creditors are not finished. In another month, they will dilute again for Christmas bonuses, I mean for company expenses ;)
